Ichi is an elderly female wizard who appears in the series. She has gray hair styled in a short, modern cut, and she is frequently seen wearing dark purple sunglasses along with matching dark purple lipstick and eyeshadow. Her typical attire consists of a black suit, and she often uses a walking stick and is commonly seen smoking.

Her outward personality can come across as cool and abrasive, yet beneath this exterior, she is deeply caring. This is especially true regarding her long-term boyfriend, Nico, for whom she holds a great deal of affection. Ichi lived with Nico in a small village that was home to other wizards. Their peaceful existence was shattered when a character named Sadé, who harbors a deep hatred for humans and especially those who use magic, attacked their village and killed most of their wizard friends. This tragic event is a significant part of her past and fuels her desire to confront Sadé. Ichi dislikes being with Nico when he is in his cursed child form and eagerly awaits the day his curse is reversed so they can resume their relationship as they were.

In the story, Ichi, alongside Nico, tracks down the character Zain with the goal of using his time magic to send them back to the past. They wish to return to the time before Sadé's attack to confront her and save their wizard clan. To prepare for this confrontation, Ichi and Nico invite the main cast, including the Duke, Zain, Cuff, Alice, Walter, and Viola, to their secluded wizarding school with the promise of sharpening their skills. At the school, Ichi takes on the role of a mentor, particularly to the character Cuff, whom she trains to strengthen her fire-based powers by challenging her with water magic.

Her key relationships include her deep bond with Nico, her mentorship of Cuff, and an unlikely friendship with Zain. Despite Zain initially finding her unattractive due to her age, they become close friends after spending time drinking together, and Ichi helps thwart his attempts to sneak into the girls' bath at the wizarding school. Ichi is present for the final battle with Sadé. Following the battle, after Nico's curse is broken and he returns to his elderly form, she helps him return home. At the conclusion of the series, Ichi and Nico are shown living together happily. Nico later sends a letter to the Duke, indicating that while he is too old to travel for the Duke's wedding, he is pleased to be spending the remainder of his life alongside Ichi.
