Masako Katsuki is a veteran Japanese actress, voice actress, and narrator born on October 15, 1958, in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. She is currently affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Katsuki made her debut in the early 1980s, with one of her first credited roles being Mary Scott in the 1982 anime series Shiroi Kiba: White Fang Monogatari.

Throughout her extensive career, Katsuki has become known for portraying characters who are often noble, intelligent, or possess great strength and authority. Her filmography spans numerous iconic and long-running series. She is widely recognized for her role as Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage, in the global hit Naruto and its sequel series Naruto Shippūden. Another signature role is Michiru Kaioh, also known as Sailor Neptune, in the beloved magical girl franchise Sailor Moon.
