Rockfell is a genetically engineered mecha pilot within the Hakkeshu, an elite unit of eight operatives designed by scientist Masaki Kihara to command advanced combat robots for the Tekkoryū organization. Her genetic code contains a deliberate fatal flaw engineered to destabilize her performance: a chronic inability to perceive the reliability of her teammate Giso, paired with an obsessive romantic fixation on Saiga, a fellow Hakkeshu pilot notorious for his unpredictability and hostility.

Tasked with reclaiming the stolen Zeorymer of the Heavens during high-stakes missions, Rockfell’s combat efficiency is compromised when her crippling emotional vulnerabilities surface during pivotal engagements. These weaknesses culminate in a fatal confrontation where Saiga attempts to sway Rockfell and Giso to defect from Tekkoryū. The trio’s rebellion collapses when Zeorymer annihilates all three pilots in a single devastating strike.

Rockfell’s demise, precipitated by her creator’s calculated genetic sabotage, concludes her arc as a cautionary testament to the dangers of engineered human weaponry. Her story remains confined to the events of the OVA adaptation.
