Description
Valery Kaminski, the Russian-born primary antagonist of the anime, entered the world near the close of the 19th century. With blond hair and a deceptively youthful appearance, he dons a crimson long-sleeved coat embellished with golden patterns, a black top hat, and carries a cane. His demeanor blends aristocratic charm with a coldly calculating intellect, cloaking his ambition to dominate a world he seeks to purge and reshape.

Kaminski’s origin lies in the 1908 Siberian Tunguska event, where contact with a crystallized meteor granted him immortality and supernatural gifts. Centuries of observing humanity’s corruption solidified his conviction that global annihilation followed by rebirth under his rule was necessary. Infiltrating Natalia Ruzhkova’s hybrid project, he targeted sisters Leyla and Klara: brainwashing Leyla into fanatical obedience and coveting Klara’s dormant powers for his apocalyptic designs.

He shattered the Moscow Combat Revue by destroying their airship, replacing its members with demonic duplicates and mechanical soldiers. Obsessed with securing Klara, he infiltrated Tokyo under the guise of leading the "New Moscow Combat Revue," demanding her surrender through diplomatic formalities while deploying threats like the robotic Black Cape. His dealings with the Imperial Combat Revue mingled false civility with psychological warfare, manipulating bureaucratic systems to isolate Klara from her protectors.

Kaminski’s physical evolution mirrored his growing menace—starting as humanoid, then sprouting jagged blue crystals across his body. In his final gambit, he fused with the airship Sevastopol, morphing into a towering crystalline golem with cable-like tendrils and colossal limbs. His defeat stemmed from underestimating the resilience of Klara’s allies, though his destruction left Leyla dead and unleashed lingering demonic forces.

Driven by a delusional messiah complex, Kaminski viewed mass extermination as salvation, leveraging deception and emotional manipulation to advance his goals. Even in death, his legacy of chaos endured, destabilizing nations and haunting survivors with the scars of his machinations.
