Description
Fuku is a cabbit, a small creature that resembles a cross between a cat and a rabbit, who serves as the biological computer unit and core power source for the spacecraft Kamidake II, which belongs to the protagonist Seina Yamada. She hatches from an egg aboard the ship and is given her name, which means good luck in Japanese, by Seina himself as a playful contrast to his own notoriously bad fortune. Created by the brilliant scientist Washu Hakubi, she is the younger sister of the famous cabbit Ryo-Ohki and was designed to be a next-generation interface, with performance and fighting abilities that are superior to her sister's when operating on a stand-alone basis. An unusual aspect of her origin is that she was created using the soul of a former mass murderer known only as Widow, though all memories of this previous existence were erased.
In terms of personality, Fuku is deeply devoted and loyal to Seina, who is the first person to truly care for and show faith in her. This devotion is balanced with a sensitive and easily frightened nature, especially when faced with conflict or stress..
