Description
Erika Amane is the ace of the Kasumigaoka High School Judo Club and a former classmate of Towa Hiura from their time at Kawakita Junior High School. She competes in the 52kg weight class and is approximately the same physical size as Towa Hiura. As a senior at Kitakawa, she was the one who invited the shy Towa to join the judo club and served as her initial teacher and mentor in the sport. Her guidance played a significant role in developing Towa into a national-level player.
In terms of personality, Erika is characterized as proud and somewhat overbearing, often making snarky or sharp comments. Despite this tough exterior, she is deeply caring and takes excellent care of the younger club members; this is especially true for a member named Senou. Her relationship with Towa is complex and forms a core part of her character. While she taught Towa judo, a past incident created a rift between them.
