Milk is a white-and-pink rabbit-like fairy from the Palmier Kingdom who first appears in the anime Yes! Precure 5. She ends her sentences with the suffix "~miru". In the first series, she serves as the caretaker for the fairies Coco and Nuts while they are on Earth, and she takes this responsibility very seriously. Initially doubtful of the Pretty Cure team, she gradually learns to trust them and develops a strong desire to help them whenever they struggle. Milk often finds herself arguing with Nozomi Yumehara because of Nozomi's carefree and goofy attitude.

In the sequel series Yes! Precure 5 GoGo!, Milk undergoes a significant transformation. After picking up a glowing blue seed and growing it, she gains the power to take on a human form under the alias Kurumi Mimino, as well as the ability to transform into the magical warrior Milky Rose. As Kurumi, she has long, violet, curly hair and fuchsia eyes, and she adopts a calm, intelligent demeanor that masks her true, more eccentric personality. However, she cannot maintain her human form for extended periods, as it drains her energy and forces her to revert to her fairy form.

Milk's role in the story evolves from a supporting ally into a full-fledged Precure fighter. As Milky Rose, she uses the power of the blue rose and wields techniques such as Floral Explosion and Rainbow Rose Explosion. She forms a particularly close bond with Karen Minazuki, also known as Cure Aqua, after Karen sacrifices herself to protect Milk during a battle. Over the course of both series, Milk matures from a serious, sometimes nagging caretaker into a confident and dependable teammate, learning to balance her earnest nature with trust in her friends.
