Eri Sendai is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on October 30, 1981, in Tokyo, Japan. Her career in the entertainment industry began at a young age when she joined the Himawari Theatre Group in 1989, initially working as a child actress in television dramas and variety shows. She made her voice acting debut in 1997 in the original video animation series Jungle de Ikou!. Over the years, she has been affiliated with several talent agencies, including Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society and Production Baobab, before eventually founding her own agency, Green Note, in August 2020. In addition to her voice work, she has also served as a special lecturer at the Japan Institute of Creative Arts.
Sendai is known for a wide range of voice roles across many anime series and films. She has a significant and long-standing connection with the Pretty Cure franchise. She is particularly well-known for voicing the character Milk, also known as Kurumi Mimino and her alter ego Milky Rose, a role she originated in Yes! Precure 5 and reprised in its sequel Yes! Precure 5 GoGo!.
