Description
Created by the interdimensional entity Yapool, Ace Killer is a robotic assassin engineered to eradicate Ultraman Ace and other Ultras. Originally constructed as a cyborg from a corpse harvested on Planet Golgotha, later versions evolved into fully mechanical entities. Its core function centers on absorbing and replicating Ultra warriors’ abilities, exemplified by deploying attacks like Ultraseven’s Emerium Beam, Ultraman’s Spacium Beam, and Zoffy’s M87 Beam after draining the Ultra Brothers’ energy on Golgotha. This stolen power allowed Ace Killer to overpower Ultraman Ace until the Ultra Brothers channeled their residual energy to him, enabling Ace to unleash the Space Q technique and annihilate the machine.

Subsequent iterations saw Ace Killer upgraded across multiple conflicts. In *Ultraman Mebius*, Yapool fused it with the gas monster Gadiba, birthing Mebius Killer—a hybrid capable of replicating Mebius’s Mebium Shoot and Mebium Blade. Its reign ended when Mebius triggered the self-sacrificial Mebium Dynamite. The samurai-armored Kabuto the Killer emerged in *Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Monsters NEO*, wielding crab-like claws and time-traveling under Yapool’s command before strategic alliances and weaponized Ultra Bracelets dismantled it.

The assassin resurfaced in *Ultraman Mebius Side Story: Ghost Rebirth* as a member of the Dark Four Heavenly Kings, with Yapool directly possessing its frame due to logistical limitations. Confronting the Ultra Brothers once more, it fell to Ultraman Ace’s Metalium Beam. *Ultra Fight Victory* introduced Victory Killer, equipped with a replica of Ultraman Victory’s UITrans weapon, swiftly neutralized by Victory and Shepardon.

Within the *ULTRAMAN* manga and anime continuity, Ace Killer commands a squad of assassins under Yapool, orchestrating a plane crash targeting Seiji Hokuto and clashing repeatedly with the SSSP. Enhanced with regenerative tentacles, self-cloning capabilities, and a compressed Gomora housed in its spine, this iteration displayed relentless durability. Though Seiji’s beam weapon shattered its form, surviving clones preserved fragments of its consciousness.

Ace Killer’s design merges robotic and biomechanical elements, with later forms incorporating samurai aesthetics. Recurring themes bind its narrative: unwavering loyalty to Yapool, adaptive combat through stolen powers, and a cycle of destruction and resurrection. Its legacy endures in iconic imagery—such as the Ultra Brothers crucified on Golgotha—and its role in challenging Ultras like Mebius and Victory.
