Pascal Germain is a French actor who is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, providing the French voices for numerous characters in animated series, films, and video games. His career in voice acting spans several decades and includes a wide array of roles in both anime and Western animation.

Germain's voice can be heard in many classic and contemporary anime series that have been localized for a French audience. He is the voice of Gogul in the first OAV of the cyberpunk classic Cyber City Oedo 808. In the universe of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, he voiced the character Mohammed Avdol in the original OAVs produced in the 1990s and early 2000s. He also played a dual role in the 1973 crossover film Mazinger Z Vs. Devilman, providing the voice for both the protagonist Akira Fudo, who transforms into Devilman, and the antagonist Baron Ashura. More recently, he voiced the character Ace Killer in the Netflix series Ultraman.

Beyond these specific roles, Pascal Germain's filmography in animation is extensive.
