Description
Gabimaru Rikiya, known as Gogul, serves a 310-year sentence with minimal parole chance for murder, property destruction, and high-level hacking. His reputation stems from infiltrating government systems and holding them ransom.

Physically imposing with a muscular build, Gogul sports a fiery red mohawk and a scarred face. Cybernetic eyes lie behind a durable visor that displays data and enhances vision, capable of deflecting bullets but vulnerable to severe damage. Even when rendered effectively blind by such damage, he fights on through skill and tactical awareness.

Boasting an IQ of 150, Gogul possesses deep expertise in computer science, biology, and genetics. His hacking skills crack complex codes and develop countermeasures, like engineering counter-viruses mid-mission. Imprisoned, he reads Russian literature such as Dostoevsky's *Crime and Punishment* and Chekhov's *Malchiki*.

He operates a customized truck featuring a smoke machine for evasion, a home gym, and a library. This vehicle is destroyed during a mission confronting Project Molcos, an experimental military cyborg with extendable limbs, razor claws, and psychic powers. The mission forces a reunion with Sarah, an ex-partner and former romantic interest from his criminal past. Her death fuels his drive for vengeance against those responsible.

Unlike fellow convicts, Gogul approaches forced service with the Cyber Police with stoic pragmatism, viewing it as preferable to prison despite the explosive collar. This acceptance doesn't lessen his disdain for exploiting authorities. When mission parameters turn untenable, he prioritizes survival and personal justice over compliance.

His combat style blends physical strength with technical ingenuity, improvising weapons like a salvaged cyborg claw. His dialogue often carries dry sarcasm, especially toward enemies or his circumstances.
