Masurao Nadeshiko is a supporting character in Go! Go! Loser Ranger! who serves as a Ranger in the Pink Battalion with the rank of Junior First Class, the highest rank within that squad. He is an older man with a towering, extremely well-built physique, short brown hair, a small mustache, and black eyes. He wears the standard Pink Battalion uniform. Following a timeskip in the story, his hairstyle changes to a more onion-like shape.

In terms of personality, Nadeshiko is consistently portrayed as a gentleman. He is polite, courteous, and considerate toward others, whether they are allies, superiors, or even enemies. His gentle and respectful demeanor is evident in small gestures, such as helping Sesera Sakurama with her wheelchair, as well as in his persuasive approach when convincing Kanon Hisui to fulfill her role as an instructor at the Bailong Exam site. Nadeshiko fights using a replica of the sacred item known as Amaterasu, which gives him a powerful tool in combat. Among his techniques is a move called Lovely Hearty Panacea Hug.
