TV-Series
Description
Mrs. Hudson operates Pipe Cat, an underground bar in Kabukicho functioning as a hub for detectives to accept cases. She brokers assignments and facilitates investigations from this venue. Her appearance showcases blue eyes, a light brown trimmed beard, and red lipstick, often accentuated by colorful sleeveless dresses and ever-changing wigs for a flamboyant aesthetic.

She favors delivering case introductions in poetic stanzas and exhibits concern for the detectives' welfare. This care manifests in actions like organizing a search for her missing cat to distract them from a traumatic case's emotional toll, aiming to restore their morale through lighthearted engagement.

Mrs. Hudson displays playful manipulation toward the detectives. During an OVA episode, she deceives two male detectives into cross-dressing by fabricating a scenario that demands they wear dresses and makeup. Her goal is to generate content for her V-Tube channel without their consent, resulting in their displeasure upon uncovering the ruse.

Her characterization incorporates elements of the Japanese "okama" archetype, featuring a muscular physique, facial hair, and flirtatious demeanor while adorned in women's clothing. Instances arise where her presentation unsettles others, such as a security guard disparagingly labeling her a "freak in a dress." Despite this, her core detective associates consistently address her with feminine pronouns and respect her self-expression without critique.

Her role and persona remain uniform across the main series and OVAs, centered on managing Pipe Cat and brokering detective cases. No expansion occurs regarding her background, origins, or character development beyond these established functions and interactions.
