Emilio Mauro Barchiesi is an Italian voice actor born on February 3, 1974, in Rome, Lazio, Italy. He is primarily known for his work dubbing foreign productions into Italian, providing voices for characters in a range of animated series, films, and live-action features.

Barchiesi has an extensive portfolio in the world of anime and animation. He is recognized for voicing Mrs. Hudson in the Italian adaptation of the anime series Case File nº221: Kabukicho. In the children's anime series Glitter Force, an adaptation of Smile PreCure!, he provided the voice for the character Rascal, and in Glitter Force Doki Doki, the sequel series, he voiced the character Bel. His other notable anime dubbing credits include the role of Saint Germain in Drifters, Stadon in Scan2Go, and a henchman for the character Kurosawa in the animated series Yasuke.
