Yé, known as Two-Pistol Yé, is the right-hand man to Pān Guāng-Lín, leader of the Qīng Bāng (Green Gang) triad. He suffered horrific burns across his entire body during an attack by the rival Hóng Huá Huì faction, resulting in significant disfigurement. To conceal his injuries, he constantly wears bandages covering his appearance. Yé has a young son, Yè Zi-Yīng. Both father and son were targeted by Hóng Huá Huì assassins. Kenshiro Kasumi intervened and saved Yè Zi-Yīng from this attempt. Following his rescue, Yè Zi-Yīng serves as Kenshiro's sidekick.
