Description
Chiharu Isurugi, a member of the cybernetically augmented Revisions, navigates a pandemic-ravaged world with calculated detachment. Her temporary canine traits—ears, tail—mirror those of twin sister Mukyu, chosen solely for efficient human interaction, a practicality she dismisses as aesthetically irrelevant. Serene yet disdainful, she regards Shibuya’s inhabitants with icy superiority, her loyalty unwaveringly tethered to her group’s survival. This allegiance drives her to harvest human resources, sustaining the Revisions’ faltering biomechanical forms.

Her existence orbits the promise of a perfected human body, a goal severed when Keisaku Asano of the Shibuya Defense Service retaliates for his mother’s death, crushing her skull during a confrontation. The attack destroys her original form, exposing the fragility of her transitional state and cementing her fate.

Though ruthless in her missions, Chiharu shares an undercurrent of devotion with Mukyu, whose protective instincts pierce their otherwise merciless dynamic. Even in demise, Chiharu’s resolve remains unbroken, her priorities unrepentantly anchored to the Revisions’ cause, leaving no room for redemption.
