Magne, born Kenji Hikiishi, was a recurring antagonist aligned with the League of Villains and part of its Vanguard Action Squad. She boasted a wide, muscular frame, reddish-magenta shoulder-length hair, a square jaw with sparse facial hair, notably large lips, and perpetually wore triangular white-framed sunglasses hiding her eyes. Her signature outfit featured a dark orange unbuttoned shirt over a white v-neck, blue jeans with a belt, and dark brown espadrilles. Exhibiting a cruel, brutal personality consistent with her criminal past, Magne committed numerous violent acts, including nine armed robberies, three murders, and twenty-nine attempted murders before joining the League. She sought membership specifically to live free from societal constraints, declaring, "I'm here because I wanna live free! We get to decide where we belong!" This drive for autonomy fueled her rejection of Overhaul's demand for subservience. Despite her brutality, she displayed perceptiveness and tactical intellect, deducing Izuku Midorya's role in Muscular's defeat and advocating for his elimination, and devising the strategy to target students after Katsuki Bakugo's rescue. Teammates referred to her as "Big Sis Mag," with Magne correcting anyone who misgendered her. Her primary ability was the Magnetism Quirk, enabling her to magnetize individuals based on biological sex—assigning males positive polarity and females negative polarity. This allowed her to attract opposites or repel those of the same sex. She wielded a giant magnet wrapped in cloth to forcibly draw magnetized targets toward her. Her signature technique, Moonlight Flit Cannon, involved magnetizing two same-sex individuals, repelling one away at extreme speed while physically restraining the other. Stat books rated her Power 4/6 (B), Technique 5/6 (A), and Observational Skills 5/6 (A), with Speed 3/6 (C) and Wits 2/6 (D). She also possessed enhanced physical strength, enabling her to block attacks from the pro hero Tiger. Magne debuted during the Forest Training Camp Arc, ambushing Pixie-Bob by magnetizing and incapacitating her with her giant magnet. She attempted the same on Mandalay but was intercepted by Tiger. During their prolonged fight, she dodged and predicted Tiger's movements until distracted by an argument with Spinner, allowing Tiger to knock her down and restrain her using his Pliabody Quirk. In the Hideout Raid Arc, she participated in efforts to recapture Bakugo but was incapacitated by Gran Torino. Her final appearance occurred during negotiations with the Shie Hassaikai. When Overhaul demanded the League's submission, Magne unexpectedly magnetized him, reeled him in, and scarred him with a physical strike. Overhaul retaliated instantly, using his Quirk to disintegrate her upper body, killing her. Her death profoundly impacted the League, particularly Twice, who blamed himself for her demise.
