Description
Komajiro is the younger twin brother of Komasan, originating from the countryside before moving to the city. Sharing komainu heritage, his appearance more closely resembles a shiba inu with ochre-colored fur, cream patches on his muzzle and stomach, darker ochre inner ears and tail, light blue eyes, and distinctive brown swirls on his cheeks and hips. He sports long, brown, flaming eyebrows resembling hitodama flames and carries a blue pouch adorned with swirl patterns.

Compared to Komasan, Komajiro displays greater curiosity and optimism. He adapts quickly to city life, mastering modern technology and urban slang, sometimes causing Komasan jealousy. This adaptability includes his alias "KJ," used while working as a nightclub DJ. Despite his superior urban skills and occasional high expectations of his brother, he deeply respects and idolizes Komasan.

In the video games, Komajiro wields electricity-based powers, including lightning attacks and techniques like "Wild Zaps" targeting multiple enemies. His "Lightning Up!" skill converts normal attacks into lightning-elemental strikes. These abilities are not featured in the anime or manga.

Komajiro and Komasan are over 300 years old. Their family bonds are explored in the film *Yo-kai Watch: Enma Daiō to Itsutsu no Monogatari da Nyan!*, specifically "Episode 3: Komasan Returns Home," where the brothers visit their rural home and discover their mother gave birth to a third child, Komasaburō, who is human.

Across the video game series, Komajiro is playable with evolving roles. He evolves into Komiger at level 33-35 or through fusion with a Swirly Soul in *Yo-kai Watch Blasters*. He is required to unlock other Yo-kai like Komashura and Spoilerina via specific circles or quests. Game appearances include *Yo-kai Watch*, *Yo-kai Watch 2*, *Yo-kai Watch 3*, *Yo-kai Watch 4*, and *Yo-kai Watch Blasters*, where he is obtainable through story progression, Crank-a-kai machines, or specific locations like Blossom Heights.

In the anime, Komajiro physically debuts in *Komasan In The City: Here’s Komajiro!*, though mentioned earlier by Komasan. He frequently appears in mini-segments with his brother and participates in main storyline episodes, including those involving the Yo-kai Watch Model Zero and interactions with characters like Yo-kai Wantston.
