Taeko Kondo, a first-year Ooarai Girls Academy student from Kitaibaraki City, Ibaraki Prefecture, stands 167 centimeters tall and always wears a red headband. She previously excelled as the volleyball club's ace, specializing in jump serves while wearing jersey number 3. After the volleyball club disbanded, she joined the sensha-do team to help revive it through tournament victories. As the Duck Team's radio operator in their Type 89B medium tank, her cheerful yet practical nature grounds the crew during intense moments, moderating discussions and balancing teammates like Noriko Isobe's excitability. During the Anzio High School match, she handles reconnaissance and engages enemy tankettes to counter Operation Macaroni. Her resilience sustains morale in isolated combat, such as against Pravda Girls High School. Outside matches, she participates in lighthearted moments, including vocal impersonations of other commanders. Her volleyball background informs her tank teamwork and coordination. She prefers white clover flowers and favors the M4 Sherman across all variants.
