Benkei Narukami holds the position of Second Hand in the Group of Ten, a key faction operating under the Dazaifu government. As an Order User, his special abilities are intrinsically linked to his deepest wishes. He wears the traditional garb of medieval Japanese sohei warrior monks. His Order ability, "Battle-On: Aramitama," summons a colossal, humanoid samurai figure with distinctive red hair tied in a ponytail and significant muscular bulk. This entity possesses the power to pulverize targets at an atomic level, demonstrated when neutralizing nuclear missiles. The ability directly correlates with his personal desires. Benkei first appears during a Group of Ten assembly where Greenhorn reports contact between candidate Eiji Hoshimiya and Abraham Louis Fran. Benkei later approaches Eiji directly, congratulating him on passing their trial with a shoulder pat. He participates in revealing plans to establish Kyushu as an independent nation under Eiji's rule, resulting in the entire group being bound by Eiji's territorial power. During the Yamaguchi campaign, Benkei attends strategic meetings focused on invading the city and subduing the Heavy Rock Star Order User to gain control. A teleconference reveals executions of the Group of Ten's relatives in Tokyo; Benkei identifies one victim as his uncle, displaying visible distress alongside his comrades. At the climax of the Yamaguchi battle, Benkei arrives with Sixth Hand member Lorin to aid Eiji. He immediately destroys a missile held by a golem, then addresses Yamaguchi citizens, accusing them of ignorance regarding imminent missile attacks. When the golem attempts to crush Eiji, Benkei and Lorin jointly intercept the blow. Benkei insists Eiji prioritize protecting civilians while accepting their assistance. Later, he collaborates with other Order Users to halt and annihilate a second missile. Post-battle, he retreats with allies to Yuda Hot Springs for recuperation. His personality exhibits a sense of honor and directness. He demonstrates loyalty to comrades through emotional reactions to familial losses and adherence to group objectives. His dialogue includes bluntly labeling Yamaguchi residents as "ignorant" while warning them of danger and urging Eiji to accept support during combat.
