Description
Dee Ensy Stratmitos haunts Class 3-4 of Ostia Academy, her existence shaped by a fall from a window that left her wrongly presumed dead. The sealed city of Ostia anchors her form: beyond its borders, she fades into a translucent specter, while within its limits, she solidifies into a human-like figure with short violet hair, two lengthy waist-length strands, softly glowing pinkish-magenta eyes, and a perpetual blush. Her school uniform—a white shirt tied with a red ribbon, a violet jacket embellished with floral pins, a pleated black skirt, thigh-high socks, and brown loafers—reflects her eternal link to the academy.

Dubbed "Whisper" or the "Western Witch," she phases between locations at will, weaving emotional threads to amplify desires, plant suggestions, or grant fleeting wishes. These powers, tied to her role as a bridge between yearning and reality, fuel her playful trickery and calculated meddling. Her lively, teasing exterior masks layered vulnerabilities, especially her decade-long devotion to Alis Color, a classmate whose selfless act to save her during a cultural festival setup led to his death. This tragedy spurred their class’s desperate wish to freeze time, birthing an unbreakable loop.

While Alis strives to shatter the illusion to liberate their peers, Dee clings to the cycle, fearing its end would sever their bond. Her conflict pivots between enabling his goals and sabotaging them, torn by selfish longing and guilt. Her camaraderie with Ai Astin, the gravekeeper pivotal to Ostia’s salvation, frays under envy of Ai’s rapport with Alis, though Dee ultimately implores Ai to aid him, masking her ache with fragile resolve.

Her journey wrestles with attachment’s paradox—how to love without chains. As Ostia’s stagnation unravels, she begrudgingly yields to Alis’s resolve, her fate lingering in the loop’s echoes, a specter balancing resignation and hope, her heart eternally tethered to the boy who chose her survival over his own.
