Description
Dee Enjy Stratmis is a ghostly entity inhabiting Alis, initially believed dead after her own window fall—a misconception cementing her spectral existence. Known as "Whisper" or the "Western Witch," she roams freely, whispering to sway hearts and fulfill desires.

Her human guise stems from Class 3-4 at Goran Academy, clad in its standard uniform: white dress shirt with red ribbon, purple jacket embellished with flower pins, black pleated skirt, thigh-high socks, and loafers. She sports short purple hair with two waist-length strands, faint blushed cheeks, and pinkish-magenta eyes.

Fourteen years prior, amid cultural festival preparations, she plummeted from a window. Alice Color rescued her but died in the fall. Their classmates’ ensuing wish for eternal happiness forged a recurring delusion: Ostia, a sealed city trapped in a yearly time loop resetting every July 28. Bound physically to Ostia, Dee’s ghostly form can depart the city but manifests faded and translucent beyond its borders. Within Ostia, she regains corporeal solidity.

Dee nurses romantic feelings for Alice, often exhibiting jealousy when he engages with others—especially Ai Astin. She obstructs Alice’s attempts to shatter Ostia’s loop, fearing it would terminate their shared existence. Her drive stems from preserving a world where Alice endures, however illusory. During the arc, she recalls a newspaper confirming Alice’s death and the disappearance of sixteen classmates, crystallizing her grasp of the tragedy’s origin. Despite her interference, witnessing Ai and Alice’s bond later compels her to encourage Ai to support him.
