Beneath her glamorous facade lies a fuse—a hybrid of human and canine capable of devouring human souls. Her striking appearance features a vivid blonde pompadour hairstyle and crimson eyes, signature traits of her kind, along with a red peony-shaped bruise marking her fuse lineage.

When hunters Hamaji and Dousetsu track her through Edo's red-light district, Itezuru evades them with agile rooftop leaps. Despite her ability to escape, she offers no resistance once cornered, accepting death with poise. Dousetsu decapitates her during the hunt; her severed head is later exhibited publicly among other slain fuse as shogunate bounty trophies. In canine form, she displays unusually colored fur, consistent with the varied visual traits of her species.
