Description
Sakurako Shiina attends Mahora Academy as seat number 17 in Class 3-A. She's a member of both the Mahora Cheerleading Club, alongside Misa Kakizaki and Madoka Kugimiya, and the Lacrosse Club. Her personality radiates extreme cheerfulness and hyperactivity, constantly seeking spontaneous fun and enjoyment. She loves karaoke and cherishes her pet cats, Cookie and Biscuit, though she dislikes when they enter the kitchen and create messes. She often uses cat-like verbal expressions, adding "nya" to words, reflecting her fondness for felines.

She possesses an exceptional talent for gambling, frequently placing bets on events like classmate rivalries or academic results. Her extraordinary luck ensures she wins these bets consistently. This luck extends far beyond gambling, playing a pivotal role in critical situations; it once guided classmates through fog to locate the gateway to the Magical World, an event likened to winning the lottery in improbability. Classmates acknowledge her as a literal good-luck charm, referring to her as "Mahora's Lucky Mask" or a "Daimyoujin" (Shinto demigod).

Physically, Sakurako stands 164 cm tall with measurements of 83-56-79 cm, maintaining a slim build. Her hair color varies: depicted as pale red in the manga and specific OVAs, red in the 2005 anime, and blonde in *Negima!?*. Her eye color also shifts between hazel brown, magenta, and blue depending on the adaptation. She typically wears school uniforms or cheerleading attire.

She shares long-standing friendships with classmates Asuna Kagurazaka and Ayaka Yukihiro, having known them for years, and attended elementary school with Yuna Akashi. She participates in group activities like the band Dekopin Rocket with fellow cheerleaders and Ako Izumi.

During the Magical World arc, she travels to England with Ayaka's group and attempts to follow Ala Alba through the gateway. Though initially separated after failing to pass through, her luck later aids the entire class in reaching Magicus Mundus to awaken Asuna. In the series epilogue, she works professionally at a securities company, leveraging her intuitive luck to influence global economics and support Negi Springfield's long-term plans. She balances this work by prioritizing days off spent with friends.

In non-canonical or spin-off appearances, such as *Kuro Arashi: The Black Storm*, she participates in combat scenarios, wielding weapons like rocket casters against armored units. In crossovers like *Quirky* (a *My Hero Academia* fusion), she appears displaced in another world.

Her conceptualized Pactio ability centers on amplifying her innate luck trait. In the alternate retelling *Negima!?*, she and the other cheerleaders function almost as a single unit, frequently speaking in unison or completing each other's sentences, differing from her more independent portrayal in the manga.
