Chuck Sweager, an American born October 20, 2012, stands 185 cm tall and weighs 80 kg. His family includes parents and a younger sister. Introduced in 2030 as a physical education teacher at CySonic Academy in Megalocity, he operates as one of three cyborg warriors called Borgman. He wears distinctive green Baltector armor optimized for wide-area attacks and wields a Battle Launcher as his primary weapon. His personality mixes arrogance and a lady-killer attitude with a strong underlying sense of justice and sincerity. He maintains a close friendship with fellow Borgman Ryo Hibiki despite occasional friction, possesses unexpected superhuman strength, and dislikes natto.

During the initial conflict against extradimensional Youma invaders, he transitions from piloting a modified buggy to commanding the combat vehicle Beaglehead. His romantic relationship with Miki Katsura, leader of the Phantom Swat anti-demon unit, develops toward the series conclusion. Following the dissolution of the original Borgman team, he joins the Megalo City Police Department alongside Miki, investigating supernatural incidents as shown in the OVA *The Last Battle*. He reunites with former teammates Ryo and Anice Farm in the OVA *Lover's Rain* to confront an undead army resurgence.

By 2058, depicted in the sequel OVA *New Century 2058*, he ascends to director of the Katsura Research Institute. From Borgman Tower, he commands a new generation of Borgman fighters against the revived Youma threat under the Master.
