OVA
Description
Chirico Cuvie, a former soldier of the Gilgamesh Confederation from Melkia, was raised in a Sunsa research facility under Colonel Yoran Pailsen. Groomed from birth to succeed the entity Wiseman as God of the Astragius Galaxy, his Overman physiology grants enhanced capabilities: extreme healing, near-immortality, and survival against fatal odds—traits that classify him as an "abnormal survivor" and subject of military experimentation. His early service in the brutal Red Shoulder Battalion forged his stoic, detached demeanor through harsh combat.

During a mission, Chirico discovered a capsule containing Fyana, a woman bathed in blue light. Betrayed by comrades attempting to silence him, he endured military interrogation before escaping. This ignited his quest to uncover the capsule’s truth, driving ruthless survival instincts and roaring rampages of revenge that left destruction in their wake. Bonds with arms dealer Gotho, mechanic Cocona, and pilot Vanilla thawed his cold exterior, fostering loyalty and compassion. His relationship with Fyana—a genetically engineered Perfect Soldier—further humanized him, revealing vulnerability and deepening his resolve to protect her.

Chirico’s destiny culminated in defying Wiseman by destroying the entity, rejecting godhood. This act, alongside defiance of Gilgamesh and Balarant powers, earned him the moniker "The Untouchable," feared even by factions like Allegium’s religious sect. He entered cryosleep with Fyana, hoping for a peaceful future. Subsequent OVAs depict his solitary wandering in a still-troubled galaxy, his life a "personal war" where each destination descends into chaos from pursuing enemies.

In "Alone Again," set after "Shining Heresy," Chirico arrives on neutral Gluphae. Reuniting with Gotho, Cocona, and Vanilla after 32 years, his presence swiftly draws danger, forcing immediate departure to shield them from tragedy. The OVA reinforces his enduring isolation and role as a wanderer, concluding with him walking away—consistent with his narrative legacy of catalyzing conflict despite fleeting connections. His iconic safety-orange pilot suit and stoic resolve remain symbols of a survivor navigating relentless adversity.
