Description
Panty Anarchy is one of two main protagonists. Cast down from Heaven for immoral behavior—chiefly excessive sexual activities and rule-breaking—she was sent to Daten City with her younger sister. To earn re-entry, she must eliminate malicious Ghosts and collect Heaven Coins under the supervision of the priest Garterbelt. She attended high school in Heaven but rarely went to class, preferring sexual encounters with multiple boys.
