Description
Yoshitaka is a financially constrained human university student who moves into an apartment complex housing supernatural residents, initially unaware of its true nature. The move shocks him rigid, plunging him into fear and panic upon encountering bizarre phenomena like the foot-washing ghost. His immediate reaction is a desperate urge to flee the unsettling environment.

Prolonged exposure, however, forces adaptation. Yoshitaka gradually develops tolerance and reluctant acceptance towards the constant supernatural occurrences and residents. While frequently exasperated, overwhelmed, and maintaining a baseline nervousness, a sense of familiarity sets in.

Beneath the constant stress, Yoshitaka possesses a fundamentally kind and generally patient nature. Interactions reveal his capacity for empathy and willingness to coexist, however reluctantly, despite the chaos. This patience is perpetually tested by the neighbors' unpredictable and troublesome antics.

A key development is the slow shift in his relationships with the diverse inhabitants, evolving from pure terror to uneasy camaraderie and peculiar mutual understanding. Yoshitaka becomes the primary human perspective observing the supernatural community's dynamics.

His journey involves navigating daily life amidst extreme supernatural chaos. Development centers on his shift from a fear-consumed outsider to a recognized, albeit perpetually stressed, member of the apartment community. Survival and maintaining sanity within the absurd environment remain ongoing challenges.
