Description
Beet is a young male, initially 12 years old and later 15, who aspires to become the strongest Vandel Buster, inspired by the legendary Zenon Warriors. Unbeknownst to him, the Zenon Warriors' leader, Zenon, is his older brother who left him with a village family to protect him from busting dangers. After declaring his ambition to become a buster, the Zenon Warriors rejected him as unfit. During their battle against the powerful Vandel Beltorze, Beet's attempt to encourage the warriors resulted in Beltorze taking him hostage and inflicting a mortal wound. Distracted by this, the Zenon Warriors were critically injured by Beltorze's Phantom Explosion attack. To save Beet, they sacrificed their lives by transferring their souls into their five Saiga weapons and bestowing them upon him. In this process, Zenon revealed his familial relation to Beet. The dying, weaponless Zenon Warriors confronted Beltorze while Beet, revived but guilt-ridden, vowed to end the Dark Century by defeating all Vandels.

Following this event, Beet underwent three years of training to master the inherited Saiga. He struggles with conventional Divine Power usage, a standard requirement for busters, making him reliant on the physical Saiga weapons. This limitation sometimes causes him shame, though his proficiency with the Saiga compensates significantly. He possesses a unique physiological trait allowing him to remain awake and active for three consecutive days, followed by a mandatory near-comatose sleep for one full day to recover energy, impacting his mission availability.

After training, Beet formed the Beet Warriors, recruiting childhood friend Poala and later his training-era companion Kissu. Poala acts as a pragmatic counterbalance to Beet's impulsiveness and manages team logistics. Beet maintains an idealistic view of busters as protectors of justice, contrasting with observed corruption in others. He refuses payment for helping civilians, relying only on official buster rewards, and often camps outdoors, eating insects to save money—much to his team's displeasure. He repeatedly declares Poala his future wife, referencing a one-sided childhood marriage promise she disputes.

In combat, Beet wields five distinct Saiga inherited from the Zenon Warriors, each representing a different element and fighting style: The Excellion Blade (inherited from Zenon) manipulates gravity for enhanced speed and jumping, though Beet initially struggles to master its finishing move, Zenon Windzard; the Burning Lance (fire), his preferred spear-type weapon; the Crown Shield (light), morphing between a defensive shield and an offensive spiked ball; the Cyclone Gunner (wind), firing compressed air bullets; and the Boltic Axe (thunder), delivering powerful shockwaves but requiring slow activation and risking draining allies' energy. Initially, Beet could equip multiple Saiga simultaneously using his three-day energy reserve, draining his power rapidly. His combat style is versatile but initially unpolished, often requiring improvisation.

Later, Beet awakens his unique Saiga, the Excellion beBlade, consolidating the abilities of all five inherited weapons into one morphable weapon. This eliminates his prior need to switch between physical Saiga but requires him to remaster their combined powers anew. The Excellion beBlade enables faster form-shifting and combo attacks, reflecting Beet's growing tactical adaptability.

A significant bounty plot emerges after Beet defeats the Vandel Grineed, resulting in a one-star bounty placed on his head by the seven-star Vandels. They determine assassination priority through a card draw, marking him as a high-value target within the Vandel hierarchy.
