Reiko Kiuchi is a Japanese voice actress born on July 10, 1968, in Tokyo, Japan. She is a graduate of the Toei Academy Youth Division. Early in her career, she used a different kanji writing for her name, though the pronunciation remained the same. She began her voice acting career in 1997 and was formerly affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production, later transitioning to freelance work.

Kiuchi is particularly known for her ability to voice young male protagonists and energetic characters, a niche where she has performed many of her most iconic roles. Her first major breakthrough role came in 2000 when she was cast as Daisuke Motomiya, the leader of the chosen children in the anime series Digimon Adventure 02. She continued to voice this character in subsequent Digimon films for several years.

In addition to her work in the Digimon franchise, Kiuchi has an extensive list of credits across a wide variety of anime series. She voiced the title character Beet in Beet the Vandel Buster and its sequel Beet the Vandel Buster Excellion. She played the recurring role of Tamaki Maekawa in the Kinnikuman Nisei (Ultimate Muscle) series and its related films. Other notable roles include Kevin Smith in The Prince of Tennis, Canary in the 1999 version of Hunter x Hunter, Kiriya in Futari wa Pretty Cure, and Kennosuke Tsurugi in Ashita no Nadja. In the long-running series One Piece, she has voiced the characters Jewelry Bonney and a young Wyper. Her filmography also includes supporting roles in major productions such as Inuyasha the Movie 4: Fire on the Mystic Island, Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, and Samurai Champloo.

Beyond anime, Kiuchi has been active in other areas of voice performance. She has lent her voice to numerous video games, including the role of Draco Malfoy in the Japanese versions of the Harry Potter games and Kika in Suikoden IV. Her work also extends to dubbing foreign films and television series, narrating programs for television and documentaries, and performing character songs for anime soundtracks.
