Colleen Clinkenbeard is an American voice actress, ADR director, and line producer widely recognized for her extensive work in English dubs of anime series, primarily with Funimation (now part of Crunchyroll). Born on April 13, 1980, she began her career in the industry in 2004 after being introduced to Funimation by fellow voice actress Laura Bailey. Her first voice role was a minor part in Dragon Ball GT, and she soon landed her first lead role as Éclair in the series Kiddy Grade. It was during the production of Kiddy Grade that she was first appointed as an ADR director, a role that would become a significant part of her career.

Clinkenbeard is known for her versatile vocal range, frequently portraying strong-willed women, femme fatales, and young boys. Among her most iconic and long-running roles is Monkey D. Luffy in the Funimation dub of the hit series One Piece, a character she has voiced since 2007 across thousands of episodes and numerous films, including One Piece Stampede and One Piece 3D2Y. Another signature role is the powerful armored mage Erza Scarlet in the long-running series Fairy Tail. She is also the voice of the disciplined Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye in both Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and the intelligent Momo Yaoyorozu in the global phenomenon My Hero Academia, a series for which she also serves as ADR director. Her filmography includes a wide array of other prominent characters such as Akito Soma in the Fruits Basket reboot series, Hana in the critically acclaimed film Wolf Children, various roles in the Dragon Ball franchise (including Gohan and Android 18 in Dragon Ball Z Kai), Lilith in the Borderlands video game series, and Scanty in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.
