Description
Mineru Wachi is a fourth-year physical and biological chemistry student at Seikan Women's University, specializing in toxicology. She resides in and holds a leadership position within the university's "Goddess Dormitory." Her private laboratory, located within her dorm room, is the site of frequent experiments involving dangerous chemicals and aphrodisiacs. These experiments often result in hazardous failures, leading to multiple dorm evacuations and earning her the local nickname "Walking Toxic Gas Emitter."

She possesses long lime-green hair, purple eyes, and wears red-framed glasses, complemented by a notably curvaceous figure. During her lab work, Mineru typically wears minimal clothing—often just an unbuttoned shirt and panties beneath her lab coat—and exhibits no embarrassment about this state of undress around others, including the dorm's male resident, due to a documented lack of common sense regarding social norms of modesty.

Her pivotal role begins when she discovers Koshi Nagumo collapsed from hunger on the street. After providing him food and shelter, she proposes he become the dormitory's "dorm mother" despite initial objections from another resident. This decision significantly alters the dormitory's dynamics, and Mineru later supports Koshi's efforts to return to middle school following his personal hardships.

In interpersonal dynamics, she frequently collaborates with resident Frey to tease Koshi, though her actions toward him also demonstrate underlying care and protectiveness. Mineru maintains generally positive relationships with all dormitory residents and fulfills her leadership responsibilities despite her eccentricities. Her personality blends bold confidence in her scientific pursuits with intellectual curiosity, occasionally revealing vulnerabilities like a fear of ghosts. This fear once nearly led to an ambiguous moment with Koshi, leaving her uncertain whether her reaction stemmed from fear or attraction.

Her academic pursuits remain central, with her experiments often driving comedic or chaotic plot developments. The documented sources focus on her university life, with no significant long-term character evolution or major background details beyond this scope presented.
