Carli Mosier is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime series. Born Carlin Cyd Mosier on February 28, 1978, in Houston, Texas, she developed an interest in acting from a young age. She attended the Kinder High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and later studied musical theater at the University of Houston. Her professional career began in 2004 when she started working with ADV Films, with her voice acting debut coming in 2005 for the series Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok and Godannar.

Mosier has built a prolific career, providing voices for numerous characters across a wide range of anime genres and for various studios, including ADV Films, Funimation, and Seraphim Digital/Sentai Filmworks. Some of her most recognized and recurring roles include the angeloid Astraea in the Heaven's Lost Property series and its films, Nanase Tsukumo in the Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions franchise, Rin Tohsaka in the Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya series, and Toko Fukawa / Genocider Sho in Danganronpa: The Animation. She also voiced Wilhelmina Carmel in Shakugan no Shana, Leticia Draculair in Problem children are coming from another world, aren't they?, and Izumi Nase in the Beyond the Boundary series and its films.

Beyond these prominent roles, Mosier has demonstrated her range by taking on parts in a wide variety of popular shows.
