Piyoko, formally Pyocola Analogue III, is the princess of financially struggling Planet Analogue. Her driving mission to rescue her homeworld centers on kidnapping Di Gi Charat (Dejiko) for ransom. This goal fuels her presence throughout the Di Gi Charat franchise, and her speech peppers sentences with "-pyo". She commands the Black Gema Gema Corps (or Gang), appearing solo in the Summer Special 2000 before her three loyal minions, Rik, Coo, and Ky, debuted in the Christmas Special. Early schemes displayed considerable malice, like obliterating a city block with her Upchuck Bazooka—a mouth-launched energy attack rivaling Dejiko's eye beams—or running a brainwashing store to sabotage Gamers. Her tactics gradually shifted towards less harmful antics across later specials. Visually, Piyoko sports short blonde hair and blue eyes. Her signature outfit is a black-and-white dress paired with a nurse-style hat featuring panda ears and a panda face motif, reflecting her panda obsession. Her design changed to a black maid dress with bat wings in the spin-off *Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat*. Though often an antagonist, Piyoko possesses a softer, inherently good-natured core. She pushes relentlessly for her planet's sake but remains naive, easily tricked by Dejiko. Later specials showcase cooperative moments with Dejiko's group: joint picnics (Ohanami Special), collaborative plays (Tsuyu Special), and band participation together (Natsuyasumi Special). These events highlight a shift from pure rivalry to occasional, reluctant camaraderie. The OVA *Leave it to Piyoko!* positions her as the protagonist, delving deeper into her perspective and persistent ransom mission. Her character persists in *Reiwa no Di Gi Charat*, continuing her endeavors against Dejiko while maintaining her core traits.
