Lucrezia Noin, known primarily as Noin, hailed from privilege as the daughter of the President of the Noinheim Konzern and younger sister to Dix-Neuf Noinheim, the first President of the Mars Federation. Early evidence suggests a possible birth in space, contradicting common belief, leading her to run away to Earth following conflicts with her father.
Her military path started young when Treize Khushrenada selected her at age ten in AC 186 for the Specials' first mission suppressing a Mogadishu revolt.
