Description
Bouba becomes orphaned alongside his sister bear, Gill, when their mother is accidentally shot near the Sierra Nevada mountains by the father of a Native American boy named Ran. Living nearby, Ran takes responsibility for the bear cubs, bringing Bouba and Gill into his home. Bouba is identified as Gill's brother. Ran names Bouba and forms a close bond with him as they grow up together.
