Description
Sir Ebrum holds the position of Cabinet Minister or prime minister in King Dedede's court, though his specific governmental duties remain largely undefined. He lives in Castle Dedede alongside his wife, Lady Like, and their children, Tiff and Tuff, forming one of Dream Land's wealthiest families, surpassed only by King Dedede. His financial standing occasionally fuels a reluctance to openly oppose the King, fearing the loss of his privileged lifestyle.

He possesses deep yellow skin, yellow eyes, and a tall, plump build. His appearance features a large lavender mustache and long, curled grayish-lavender hair styled like an 18th-century powdered wig. His typical attire includes a purple overcoat with white trimmings, an orange bow tie, and a long brown skirt that hides his feet. Flashbacks, such as in "A Sunsational Puzzle," show him with brown hair and 1960s-style clothing, indicating he and Lady Like are significantly older than their children.

His personality is characterized by pronounced timidity, nervousness, and anxiety, frequently leading to comical clumsiness. He struggles to assert himself without support, particularly from Lady Like, who often overrules him in family matters. This anxiety manifests in episodes like "The Thing About the Ring," where repeated fumbling prevents him from presenting Lady Like with her wedding ring – losing it during their ceremony (flushed down a toilet), on anniversaries, and once when Kirby swallowed and spat it out. Despite this, he demonstrates sincere care for his family. In "Cooking Up Trouble," he successfully cooks a "campfire pot roast" for his children in Lady Like's absence, leading Cappy Town residents to mistakenly believe he is a skilled chef. He also supports Tiff’s efforts, such as working overnight to help her write a script in "Cartoon Buffoon."

He appears in numerous episodes, often incidentally. Key appearances include "The Thing About the Ring," where his quest to deliver the wedding ring drives the plot, culminating in its recovery during a dinner at Chef Kawasaki’s restaurant. In "The Fofa Factor," he and Lady Like conceal the origins of Fololo and Falala from their children, revealing King Dedede gave the split beings to them after deeming them useless. He participates in community events like building a wedding-themed float for Cappy Town’s New Year’s parade in "Cappy New Year," and briefly aids Escargoon in impersonating royalty in "Escargoon Rules" by driving an armored vehicle. His interactions with King Dedede typically involve flattery or reluctant compliance to maintain peace, though he prioritizes his children’s safety, even defying Dedede’s associates when necessary.

His name plays on "cerebrum," referencing the brain’s voluntary action center, though his characterization does not emphasize intellectual prowess. Across all official media, including the entirety of the anime, he maintains a consistent role as a supporting figure. His background lacks expansion in spin-offs or films, and his development remains minimal, with his core traits of nervousness and familial devotion persisting.
