Jean-Daniel Nicodème is a Belgian actor primarily known for his extensive work in voice acting and dubbing direction for animated series and films. Born on August 21, 1955, in Etterbeek, Belgium, he has built a prolific career lending his voice to numerous characters in anime and Western animation for French-language versions.

Nicodème is particularly recognized for his versatile voice work in several major anime series. He is notably associated with the French-language dub of the television series Kirby: Right Back At Ya!, where he voiced a wide array of characters. His roles in this series include the monstrous antagonist Cauchemar, the gluttonous Chef Kawasaki, and the dignified Sir Ebrum. He also provided voices for other characters in the series such as Shérif Bookem, Whispy Woods, Ken, Yamikage, and Sir Gallant.

Another significant part of his career is his long-standing involvement with the Pokémon anime. Nicodème served as the narrator for several seasons and films of the series, including Pokémon, le film: Mewtwo contre-attaque and its sequel.
