Description
Yuzuha Mishima is a junior employee at Yoshida's IT company. She initially displays a laid-back demeanor at work, appearing relaxed even near deadlines, and strategically leverages perceived favoritism from male superiors to manage her workload. Despite this outward presentation, she possesses underlying competence and efficiency. Her physical appearance features light-brown wavy hair cut to neck length, brown eyes, and a small stature, typically dressed in corporate attire: long sleeves layered with a blazer, slacks, and moccasins.

Assigned as Yoshida's mentee, she develops romantic feelings for him. Initially, she fabricates mistakes at work, pretending to need his guidance to create interaction opportunities and gain his attention, driven by confidence in appealing to older men and a desire for closeness. Her feelings deepen as she observes his consistent kindness and dedication.

Learning of Sayu Ogiwara living with Yoshida, Yuzuha reacts with skepticism and disapproval, finding the situation inappropriate. Over time, she gains understanding of Sayu's circumstances and Yoshida's motivations, leading her to offer support and advice to Sayu. Concurrently, she begins to view Sayu as a romantic rival due to Sayu's own feelings for Yoshida, resulting in a complex dynamic blending mentorship, friendship, and competition.

Outside work, she is an avid movie enthusiast, frequently visiting a cinema near Yoshida's apartment, though she keeps this interest private from colleagues. Her personality combines confidence with moments of jealousy, particularly concerning Yoshida's relationships. She demonstrates honesty in confronting her emotions and exhibits a determined nature when situations involve Yoshida or Sayu's well-being.

Her character development culminates in a dedicated side story where she confronts and processes her unrequited feelings for Yoshida. This journey leads her to accept her emotional reality and pursue a new direction in her personal life, marking significant evolution from her initial workplace persona and romantic pursuits.
