Sabato Mihashigo arrives from the future as an angel assassin of the Lulutie order (also spelled Rurutie), assigned to kill Sakura Kusakabe. Heaven demands Sakura's elimination to prevent his future invention of technology that stops female aging at twelve. This mission directly conflicts with Dokuro Mitsukai's role as Sakura's protector.
She wields an electric shock baton named Durandal, reputed to instantly char blue whales. Sabato frequently employs seduction, feigning innocence and vulnerability to lure Sakura before attacking. After repeated assassination failures, she descends into extreme poverty, notably residing inside a small cardboard box beneath a bridge, with her living expenses obtained through unspecified means.
