Description
Kerberos acts as Sakura Kinomoto's magical guardian beast in these specials, retaining his default small, plush toy-like form. His personality blends protectiveness toward Sakura with distinctly comedic, food-driven behavior. He actively joins Sakura in Tomoyo Daidouji's video projects, cooperating during filming. This participation includes assisting Tomoyo in directing Sakura for the opening sequence and posing alongside Sakura for various scenes.

His established gluttony fuels a central plot point within the baking-themed special. While Sakura, Tomoyo, and Eriol Hiiragizawa bake cupcakes, several disappear. This disappearance leads Sakura and Tomoyo to suspect Kerberos, given his known appetite for sweets. However, he was physically restrained by a ribbon at the time, preventing movement. Despite presenting this alibi, suspicion lingers until the true culprits—the magical Create and Move cards—are revealed. These cards animated a fake cake to tease him, causing further misunderstandings when Sakura finds him attempting to bite it.

His relationships remain consistent: he shows loyalty and support toward Sakura during the video activities, while maintaining a dynamic with Tomoyo where he tolerates her filming due to his dedication to documenting Sakura's endeavors. His interactions with Eriol are limited to observation during the baking special, with no direct conflict or collaboration shown between them.

Though his magical abilities as guardian of the Clow Cards form part of his background, the specials emphasize his role in everyday scenarios. The baking incident references his capacity to sense magic—he correctly identifies the Create and Move cards' involvement—yet this remains secondary to the comedic situation. His primary narrative function here involves contributing to lighthearted, character-driven moments rather than magical action.
