Defeated in Season One, he briefly reverts to Kuuta before three enigmatic monkeys resurrect him in Season Two, reigniting his quest for global control.

Commanding armies of Pipo Monkeys—helmet-enhanced primates—and the elite Freaky Monkey Five, Specter engineers chaos through intricate schemes, from virtual-reality tournaments to direct confrontations. His hubris often undermines his plans, such as hesitating to place a Pipo Helmet on a vulnerable foe, echoing past tactical blunders.

Beneath his malice lies fractured humanity: fleeting empathy surfaces when Kakeru’s compassion prompts him to shield the protagonist, briefly restoring Kuuta. This duality fades as external forces revive his antagonism, though Kuuta retains autonomy in later conflicts.
