Description
Skadi Dragenfelt is a fire drake permanently locked in humanoid form, unable to revert to her original dragon shape despite her millennia-long existence. She appears as a petite young girl with blue hair, teal eyes, and a slender frame adorned with blue scales on her limbs, clawed digits, golden horns, a muscular golden tail, and small white-and-blue scaled wings protruding from her hips. Initially concealed by robes and a veil, she later favored simpler garments like a white-and-black dress.

Centuries prior, Skadi halted the human-monster war by establishing Lindworm City as a coexistence experiment. As the city's head council representative wielding considerable governmental power, she legalized polygamy. Her enduring connections include the formidable entity Cthulhy Squele and Kunai Zenow, her devoted flesh golem bodyguard historically tasked with conveying her whispered messages.

Before recent events, Skadi developed an aggressive cancerous tumor near her heart, inducing physical frailty and recurrent fainting spells. Convinced the illness was an incurable war legacy, she embraced fatalism, withdrawing into somber reclusion while rejecting treatment—a stance that troubled Cthulhy and Kunai. Human physician Glenn Litbeit persistently advocated for surgery, ultimately persuading her. His successful operation eradicated the tumor, saving her life.

Post-recovery, Skadi's demeanor transformed: she became exuberantly cheerful, energetically affectionate, and childishly greedy for glittering treasures. She grew intensely attached to Glenn, addressing him as "big brother" despite her greater age while nurturing romantic feelings. This attachment fuels clingy conduct and public displays like lifting her clothing to reveal her body, often disconcerting observers such as Kunai.

Skadi wields immense strength and combat mastery, specializing in hand-to-hand engagements where her tail serves as a primary weapon—a prowess that earned her permanent banishment from Lindworm's arena after a demonstration bout. However, her tail harbors vital nutrients; damage or depletion triggers severe debilitation or unconsciousness. Her transformed state renders her less potent than shape-shifting or Upper Realm dragons.

Named for the Norse Æsir goddess of hunting and archery, Skadi opposes species conflict, governs with humility, and champions marginalized groups through transparent leadership.
