Osore practices as a yōkai doctor at the Yōkai Hospital situated on Osore Mountain. His distinctive form features a large, deeply wrinkled head with pale green skin and dark pink lips. Two pairs of eyes, stacked vertically, display red sclerae and small green irises. Long, stringy light purple hair frames his face, complemented by an eel-like tail and a pair of large dark grey horns curling upward, each adorned with rings. He is typically seen in a white lab coat worn over a dark blue buttoned shirt.

This character appears in the fifth anime adaptation from 2007. Osore first appears in episode 54, "Vampire Elite," and later features in episode 79, "Tenacity of Mystical Snake! Tsuchinoko!!".
