His crimson bodysuit, marked with white sigils, pairs with silver gauntlets and a hip-mounted sword. Over time, his armor shifts to channel his demonic energy, leaving only his chest exposed.

Mentored by Cusack and Meliodas, Zeldris rose as the Demon Clan’s elite warrior, once idolizing his brother. As bearer of the Commandment of Piety, he enforces loyalty through a curse that binds those who flee from him. During the Great Holy War, he confronted an impossible task: executing the Vampire Clan, including Gelda, his beloved. Defying orders, he sealed her and her kin instead, sparking conflict with Meliodas, who had abandoned their clan for Elizabeth.

Sealed by the Goddess Clan and later freed, Zeldris reclaimed his role as the Demon King’s proxy, driven to usurp the throne and reunite with Gelda. Discovering her supposed death, he allied with Meliodas to overthrow their father, liberating Gelda from her prison.
