Miguel Ángel Leal is a Mexican voice actor born on June 19, 1987, in Mexico City. He comes from a family with a strong tradition in dubbing; he is the brother of fellow voice actors Lupita and Alfredo Leal, and the nephew of the late actor Carlos Íñigo. Leal began his career in voice acting at the age of seven, influenced by his uncle.

Leal is widely recognized for his portrayal of leading characters in major anime series. He is perhaps best known as the longstanding voice of Ash Ketchum in the Latin American Spanish dubs of the Pokémon anime, a role he has performed from the thirteenth season onward, also taking over as dubbing director from the twenty-first season. His other prominent anime roles include Eren Jaeger in Attack on Titan and Meliodas in The Seven Deadly Sins. He also voices Zeldris in The Seven Deadly Sins franchise.

His extensive filmography includes a wide array of characters in anime. He voiced Ken Kaneki in Tokyo Ghoul and its sequel Tokyo Ghoul:re, Hawks (Keigo Takami) and Eijirō Kirishima in My Hero Academia, and Jaden Yuki in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX from its second season. Other notable anime credits include Ryo Asuka in Devilman Crybaby, Rin Matsuoka in Free!, Sai in Naruto Shippūden, Gordon Agrippa in Black Clover, Shu in Dragon Ball Super, Diabel in Sword Art Online the Movie -Progressive- Aria of a Starless Night, and Jin Mori in The God of High School. His work also covers roles in Bastard!!, Bubble, Full Dive, Godzilla Singular Point, High-Rise Invasion, Record of Ragnarok, Seirei Gensouki - Spirit Chronicles, Stand My Heroes: Piece of Truth, and Tribe Nine, as listed in his credits.

Beyond acting, Miguel Ángel Leal has also worked as an ADR director for the Latin Spanish dubs of several series and films. His directing credits include Pokémon Journeys: The Series, Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution, Record of Ragnarok, High-Rise Invasion, Dorohedoro, Kotaro Lives Alone, and Ingress.
