Her magical abilities, a special power inherited from her mother, allow her to create artificial versions of the natural Gifts found in the town.

Driven by a profound belief in happiness, she seeks out distressed individuals and uses her powers to grant their deepest wishes. These fabricated Gifts mimic genuine powers but come with significant risks and complications due to their unlimited use.

In daily life, Chisa displays a lively and dynamic personality, which becomes apparent to Haruhiko Amami and Riko Fukamine through their interactions. She resides in a home where Yukari Kamishiro works as her maid and close friend, offering steadfast support. Chisa exhibits a particular talent for engaging with and responding to Haruhiko's characteristic banter.
