Description
Commissioner P, also known as Judge P, is a human member of the Judges organization. Recruited by Park Mubong during her teenage years after he destroyed a Nox hideout, she establishes a long-term association with him. She serves primarily as Mubong's secretary, later advancing to become his personal assistant and lover.
Physically, she is a tall, slim woman with blue hair tied in a bun and long bangs swept to one side. She wears a female variant of the Judges' uniform: black attire with a matching skirt and heels, complemented by an open white high collar. Her personality maintains a calm, dutiful, and serious demeanor, focusing diligently on tasks. She demonstrates care and respect toward peers, expressing regret over deceiving Judge Q about Judge T's family. She also possesses a temper, becoming notably annoyed when Jin Mori disrupted a fight involving Gang Manseok, causing her to lose a bet.
Her abilities center on thread manipulation and doll creation. She generates strings for diverse purposes, including crafting lifelike copies of individuals that replicate appearance, abilities, memories, and knowledge. This allows intelligence gathering or scenario staging, such as fabricating dolls of Shim Bong-Sa's family to deceive Drake McDonald. Her threads enable bodily manipulation, target trapping, and forming communication wires transmitting sensory data and telepathic messages over vast distances like between Ganghwado and Seoul. She also exhibits extrasensory perception for detecting energy signatures and resistance to fear-based effects.
In combat, her capabilities dramatically escalate with limiter deactivation. She demonstrates small planet-level attack potency and durability, comparable to peers like Commissioner Q. Her striking strength and destructive capacity reach planetary levels, enhanced via marionette techniques. Speed metrics include subsonic movement but massively hypersonic combat reactions, while lifting strength registers at Class T. Her thread range extends tens of kilometers.
Key narrative developments include her role recruiting Gang Manseok for the God of High School tournament and intervening in fights involving Jin Mori. She later becomes romantically involved with Mubong Park and bears his child. Her story concludes with death during childbirth; Mubong subsequently abandons the child to pursue his goals. The Judges organization disbands following mass defections and fatalities, though former members like Park Ilpyo later form new groups.
