Description
Hols, a youth forged in isolation after Grunwald’s ice demon ravaged his coastal home, ventures forth upon his father’s death to honor a final vow: reclaim their ancestral lands and face the ancient foe. His path intersects with a slumbering stone titan, from which he extracts a corroded blade. The giant names it the Sword of the Sun, declaring its restoration will anoint Hols as Prince of the Sun.

Defiance defines his early trials—Hols confronts threats alone, exemplified by his solo battle against a leviathan pike terrorizing a fishing hamlet. Though villagers celebrate his victory, his unilateral resolve sows distrust among their leaders. This isolation deepens upon meeting Hilda, an enigmatic songstress whose melodies mask ties to Grunwald. Even as her machinations exile him, Hols clings to belief in her fractured goodness.

A turning point arrives within an illusory forest haunted by specters of his past. Here, Hols accepts the futility of solitary struggle, resolving to reforge the sword through communal effort and rally scattered villagers against their glacial oppressor. Emerging as a reluctant leader, he channels collective resolve to relight the ancestral forge, awakening the blade’s solar fury.

His companion Koro, a bear cub embodying wilderness’s untamed spirit, mirrors Hols’ evolution from lone wanderer to architect of unity. This bond amplifies his conviction in Hilda’s latent humanity, compelling her to surrender immortality in a pivotal act of solidarity.

Hols’ journey crystallizes as a parable of interconnection—abandoning vengeance to ignite shared resistance. The final clash against Grunwald unites villagers, the reanimated stone giant, and Hilda’s sacrificial magic, cementing Hols not as a solitary hero, but as the nexus of a liberated community’s strength.
