Felmina serves as a subordinate to Gilbert Mesh within the GIL crime organization, recognized by her distinctive 1980s-style hairstyle. Her position is usurped by Dust Gead, an act that severely damages her honor and pride and leads her to abandon GIL. After leaving the organization, she is killed by Dust Gead in episode 26. In her final moments, she provides assistance to Chuck Sweager and Anice Farm and requests that they avenge her death.
